- Zucchini (Chopped) - 2 cups
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tap
- Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
- Red chillies - 3 nos
- Onion - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Grated coconut - 1 tbsp
1. Heat oil in the pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves & red chillies. Add finely chopped onions & saute till tender.
2. Add the zucchini, turmeric powder, chilly powder & salt to taste. Sprinkle some water & cook till done.
3. Once cooked, add grated coconut & serve.
