Caramelized banana with chocolate sauce & ice-cream

Easy banana dessert recipe made with bananas heated in a brown sugar glaze and topped with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice-cream. 


Ingredients :
  1. Ripped bananas - 2 nos
  2. Butter - 1 tbsp
  3. Light brown sugar - 3 tbsp
  4. Ground cinnamon (optional) - 1/4 tsp
  5. Chocolate sauce
  6. Vanilla ice-cream 


Method :

1.   Cut bananas in half lengthwise.  Melt butter in a pan & add brown sugar.

2.   Lay the banana slices on top (sprinkle cinnamon powder) & cook on both sides till light brown in colour.

3.   Divide the bananas in the serving plate, drizzling the sauce & serve it with ice cream.
