- Strawberries - 500 gms hulled & sliced
- Lemon zest, from 1 lemon, finely grated
- Fresh mint, 2 tbsp minced
- Sugar, 2 - 4 tbsp
Prepare the strawberries :
In a large bowl, toss together the strawberries, lemon zest, mint and sugar to taste. Let stand at room temperature for 15 mins to macerate. Spoon the strawberries into individual bowls to serve.
Serves 4 - 6.
