Bitter gourd fritters

Very simple, healthy & delicious fry.  Bittergourd is rich in vitamin C & nutritious dish.  This time I am sharing my friend   Jyothi's   recipe which taste great with steamed rice or just like the snack.  First time, I tired this & it taste just yummy.  

Ingredients :

  1. 3 long Bitter gourds
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Black pepper powder for spice 
  4.  Lime juice - 1 tsp
  5. Oil for frying

Method :

1.   Wash and cut the bitter gourd into thin round slices.  Soak the bitter gourd in the salted boiling water for 5 mins & drain throughly.

2.   Heat oil in the pan, either shallow fry or dry fry it till crispy & golden brown in color.

3.   Sprinkle some salt, pepper powder & lime juice.  

Serve immediately.
