Papdi Chaat


Ingredients :

  1. Papdi 
  2. Potatoes - 2 medium sized (boiled & chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1/2 cup
  4. Onion - 1/4 cup
  5. Chickpeas - 1/4 cup
  6. Yoghurt - 1 cup
  7. Roasted cumin powder 
  8. Chaat masala
  9. Red chilly powder
  10. Salt
  11. Mint chutney
  12. Tamarind chutney
  13. Sev

Method :

1.   Beat the yoghurt with salt.  Keep aside.

2.   Spread a layer of papdi on a serving plate.  Sprinkle potatoes, tomatoes, onions and chickpeas over the layer of papdi.  

3.   Drizzle yogurt with a spoon, evenly over the papdi.  Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and red chilly powder to taste.

4.   Pour mint chutney and tamarind chutney on top to taste.  Sprinkle sev and serve immediately.
