Air roasted chickpeas - golden & crisp on the exterior & buttery on the interior - simple healthy snack.
Ingredients :
- White chana dal / Chickpeas - 2 cups
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black salt - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Dry mango powder - 1/2 tsp
Method :
1. Clean & soak the chick peas over night.
2. Drain the water & spread the chick peas over the kitchen towel for 15 mins.
3. Preheat the air fryer @200 C for 5 mins.
4. Grease the pan with oil & spread the chick peas in the air fryer.
5. Fry @ 200 C for 10 to 15 mins or until crispy.
6. Mix salt, black salt, chilly powder & dry mango powder to the fried channa.
7. Store it in air tight container.
Enjoy with tea.
